Cancellations

If you need to cancel, let us know ASAP. We would prefer you to re-schedule your booking (subject to availability).

If you need to cancel within within 48 hours of your check in, or if you are a “no-show” (you don’t turn up for your booking), you will forfeit one night’s accommodation cost or 50% of the entire booking whichever is the greater.

During the high season (December and January) the above applies, but there is a 2 week cancellation policy due to demand.

Refunds
Notwithstanding the above cancellations policy, where applicable – we will only process refunds back to the Card used in the original transaction and this may incur an additional processing fee of 15% to cover card processing / admin charges.

Check in / Check Out

Check in is any time after 4pm. Please use the instruction left for you with your key or check in the office if we are around otherwise we should see you when we get back! For assistance you can always ask someone around to help you or if you are really lost you’ll find our number on site.

Check out is by 10am latest. Your bags can stay a little longer if you want to enjoy your last day.

Reception hours are flexible. Usually 10 to 4pm.

If you arrive after reception has closed, no problem has we put in place a contactless check in system!
