FOR SHORT STAY
If you need to cancel, let us know ASAP. We would prefer you to re-schedule your booking (subject to availability).
If you need to cancel within within 48 hours of your check in, or if you are a “no-show” (you don’t turn up for your booking), you will forfeit one night’s accommodation cost or 50% of the entire booking whichever is the greater.
During the high season (December and January) the above applies, but there is a 2 week cancellation policy due to demand.
Notwithstanding the above cancellations policy, where applicable – we will only process refunds back to the Card used in the original transaction and this may incur an additional processing fee of 15% to cover card processing / admin charges.
Check in / Check Out
Check in is any time after 12pm. Please inform us if you require a late check in.
Check out is by 10am or by arrangement.
Reception hours are 9am-1pm and 4pm-8pm.
If you arrive after reception has closed, a key will be left outside in an envelope with your name on it.
